We have designed this session to support staff to understand the legal requirements placed upon them when providing care and/or treatment to people who lack mental capacity. It will provide some useful guidance/recording tools to support practice and be an opportunity to share good practice.

This session is aimed at Managers and Senior Staff who are responsible for the care planning process within their place of work and will take place on the 10th Jan 2025.
