Social Care TNA: Example of Good Practice

NHS England will be hosting a Social Care TNA webinar on Wednesday 3rd July at 12pm. They would like to identify some examples of good practice from either current TNAs in the sector or managers currently overseeing/supervising their TNAs who may want to provide some feedback on their positive experiences.

Jake James, Social Care Workforce Lead, would like to hear from any such individuals within your organisations who might be interested in engaging with this event. The aim to promote the benefits of and share good practice for the implementation of TNAs within social care settings, as well as educating providers about how and why TNAs can benefit them and the ways in which they can be supported in doing so, resulting in increased uptake within this sector. Jake is also seeking people to present as well as attend.
