Learning Objectives:

To be able to describe the elements of an end of life care plan.

Identify ways to manage symptoms which can occur as a person dies.

Explain the impact of diminished appetite has on families and carers.

Recognise the need to provide psychological, social and spiritual support as we care for a person at end of life.
Prerequisites:
This learning event can be attended individually or as part of a series.
Places are limited and restricted to two free places per workplace.
