DCC Care Home Engagement Session 2: Residential and Nursing Service Specifications and Key Performance Indicators

ALL care home providers (regardless of client group) are welcome to attend this event as the change in contract is for all care home providers.
We've already had an engagement event around contractual terms and conditions. We now wish to engage with you on the service specifications and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that have been developed, see below along with the meeting registration link. We’ll also be seeking your input on any transition arrangements.
