This seminar offers a supportive, interactive environment where participants can learn, share ideas and ask questions. Highlights include hands-on exercises applying the Culture Iceberg model and positive culture toolkit, along with guided sessions to explore workplace norms and identify strategies for improvement. Engaging in group discussions will help attendees build confidence and develop a tailored action plan for fostering a positive workplace culture.

A positive workplace culture shapes the relationships, personality and unique character of your organisation. This seminar equips you with practical insights and strategies to build, sustain, and elevate a workplace culture that truly supports team wellbeing and performance. Guided by the positive workplace culture toolkit, you’ll gain actionable strategies to create impactful cultural change.

Essential topics will be covered to help foster a positive workplace culture, including defining and understanding what a positive culture looks like, effective strategies for embedding and sustaining it, and methods for challenging and changing workplace norms and negative cultures whilst planning constructive next steps. Additionally, participants will learn about valuable resources and support available to aid in the journey toward cultural improvement. Upon completion of the seminar attendees will receive a certificate.
