We are South West Saunas. We operate a wood fired wild sauna in the beautiful Staverton countryside. With two cold plunges and shower facilities we aim to provide the best in relaxation and cold contrast therapy. We are based at the Meadowfields campsite, Velwell, Totnes TQ9 6AB. 

We believe that sauna is incredibly benefiting to wellbeing and to our health. I myself worked in health and social care for the past 10 years and know how important recovery and wellbeing can be.
