We are delighted to inform you that we are holding our ANNUAL CONFERFENCE on Thursday 13th March 2025 at Exeter Racecourse.
The theme of this year’s conference will be based around employment, training and career pathways.
We have taken on board the exhibiters feedback and suggestions from last years event and endeavour to make this a memorable event growing from year to year.
Based on this feedback we have altered the layout to accommodate stand holder’s needs. All stand holders will now have a designated area situated close to the refreshments to maximise engagement and sales opportunities.
We aim to make this a distinguishable annual event and would therefore value any further feedback you may have. We would be grateful if you can forward all suggestions to info@devoncarehomes.org
If you exhibited last year and are interested in rebooking your stand this year, please book your place now to avoid disappointment.
Stands will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and registrations will be open as of today and will be closed on the 29th of November.
We are currently offering all GOLD sponsors a stand free of charge, SILVER sponsors a 20% discount and a 10% discount for BRONZE sponsors.
Sponsors will also have additional advertising opportunities on the day along with a larger exhibiting space. Read about our Sponsorship Packages if you would like to know more about our annual sponsorship packages and costs.
This year’s price is set at £300 – this cost will include a 4ft table for you to set up as you wish (promotional banners are welcome providing they fit the space).
Refreshments will be available throughout the day and lunch for all stand holders will be provided. (This will not coincide with the main conference breaks to avoid disrupting your promotional time).
Last year we welcomed over 300 attendees, and we are expecting an increased turn out this year.
We hope to see you on the day, if you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
"Good day, executed brilliantly. Good variety of stand holders and speakers. I learned a lot and felt that there was something for everyone. Lucy was brilliant and Issac was very funny, which made people feel relaxed and able to join in."
