Research Champion Role with PenARC

Are you passionate about getting people involved in research to develop better care for everyone? Could you spread the word about research, especially to groups less likely to take part? Could you help colleagues and others to understand more about research?

Within PenARC, we are offering a Research Champion role (up to 10 people) for 12 months from April 2025 until the end of March 2026. There are funds for salary backfill (e.g. 4 hours a month for 12 months), support from research staff in PenARC. Plus, some funding for training and development.

Your role as a Research Champion can be shaped around your interests, skills and time. No previous research experience is needed, just an interest, curiosity and keenness to improve care to benefit residents and exploring how research can help.
