Smart Technology in Care Homes: February 2024

During February, to gather even more comprehensive insights, we've created a survey aimed at understanding the perspectives of care home residents, their families, and staff regarding the integration of smart speakers like Alexa. This survey supplements the face-to-face interactions Pam and Clare have been having, providing another avenue for people to share their ideas, preferences, and concerns. We understand that some individuals may have valuable ideas but prefer not to participate in face-to-face discussions, and the survey serves as an accessible alternative.
