This one-day facilitated session brings together frontline managers to learn about the step-by-step ways to be ready to evidence that your service meets CQC expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating.
Understanding the CQC assessment process and how you can evidence that the quality of care complies with the national standards is important for the people you support, staff teams and the wider reputation of your service.

Everyone attending this seminar will receive a range of practical resources to support their learning including a 70-page practical toolkit covering key learning and practical activities to use in the workplace.
This seminar is primarily aimed at those less familiar with the CQC assessment process who are looking to become better prepared and more confident.
Cost is £120 + VAT per person
